I may be using 4 foot fluorescent lights for my first grow due to money issues and was wondering what kind of bulbs to get for vegg/flower

cool white/daylight for veg/warm white for flower..your gonna need stronger lights than flour for flower..maybe use CFL for flower

A t-12 set up is cheap and works.
I have this set up I use from time to time.
They can grow into it for a few hours to a day they stay cool.
My set up is (4) 24" T-12's 20 watts each at 6500k it's a light blanket.
I also have some 2600ish k's (don't use but may add to my hps room for some side lights).
These thing may be old school but you can not f--- it up.

you think 8 48" bulbs for 10 plants would be enough for flowering? my grow room is 4'6"x4'6"x8'

10 plants... no way man.. .not if you want any quality. 10 plants is just too much for a low budget deal...
unless you flower them early and only get 5-10 grams per plant.
I have a t-5 High Output Fluoro and its just enough for three. I mean you can do more... but you will produce very little bud and little trich production.
I honestly think you would be much better off doing just a couple plants at a time if all you have is regular cool tubes. You will get much better quality bud that way.

how about cfls how many of each kind of bulb would it take to properly light my grow room (4'6"x4'6"x8' with 10 plants)

this is my flower room. it's a hps but my room size is almst the same and my last grow had 15 plants.
