Hey Folks

Well its day 48 here and i have decided to stake the POG around the corners of the pot and tie a small nylon string around the stakes. AS you can see from the pics it has helped hold the POG together a but more than she was. She was tending to split open in the middle and take up too much room. This is mainly due to me topping her really early.

I have also included a before tie up pic and after tie up pic and a pic of the sativa and the whole closet.

Oh also forgot to mention the first 2 pics are just before lights on because i know how you all love the look of plants just before lights on.

HI folks

Well i have decided that im not going to do a picture update now until tuesday next week.

The main colas on the POG are really starting to fatten up.

I want to hold off on pictures to see how much they fatten up in a week.

I gave both plants a feed today of EC1.4 with some Molasses mixed in.

Well i couldnt wait any longer .

Here is a darkness pic of the girls.

You can clearly see the POG starting to swell compared to the previous pics.

I tried to up the feed to 1.8EC and got some burning so had to drop it back down to correct the Burning on the plants all is well now though. Serves me right for trying to up them too much lol.

POG is around 2weeks away from finishing. I plan on flushing twice pre harvest once with an additive and once with plain ph'd water then allow to dry a little before chop. Should take around 8days.

Enjoy

last week is the hardest, eh?? lol
Last week is always the hardest because it usually doesnt get here for ages. The POG isnt even starting to turn amber on the pistels yet let alone start to receed. ITs just started growing what looks like another bud from within a bud so its definately started the swell. I just hope it gets nearly there in another week otherwise my dates are getting extended.

Hey Guys and Gals

Here is some more bud porn for you all

the first 4 pics are of the POG.
Then a pic of the little ROCKLOCK. (its pulled through) you can clearly see the single COT.

The next 5 pics are of the SATIVA

then the last pic is of my clone of the POG. This was my attempt at cloning to see if i could do it. I know its stretched as i couldnt get it any higher up to the light.

Enjoy folks

Looks like you're on your way to a nice harvest. Excellent.

Can I ask if you know what caused those crispy fan leaves? I had that happen awhile back, only once, and assumed it was a major phosphorus deficiency. My problem was PH lockout, but was just wondering if you pinpointed the problem, for future reference? :)

Yeah the problem was the EC1.8 i fed them trying to give them a little more instead of an EC1.5 i think the jump from 1.5 to 1.8 caused this issue.

There is nothing else it could have been.

Ph has been stable going in and coming out. So it is the only answer.

Late flowering nuteburn? That's a possibility too. If I remember correctly, I was still using 12-55-10(or something close) fert, at the time, and pretty clueless about growing.lol I ended up flushing with some lime, and the problem never got any worse.

Not the prettiest but nevermind eh? Was this clone taken from the POG and then put straight into flower?

As soon as it rooted it went into flower.

It was around 3inches tall.

Like i said its stretched like a bitch but i dont really care. Whatever i get off this little abomination will be a bonus as i didnt expect to be able to clone it was just a tester. I also cloned the other 3 that i had but 1 was male 1 was hermie and the other didnt root.

LIke i said i think it was from the higher EC my Bloom nutes are NPK 1.5-1.4-3.1 with an extra hit of PK1314 once a week with the feed. All usually kept to 1.5EC but i tried to up it now following the recommendation of a long time grower at my hydro store. More fool me for listening. !!! lol

I always have to remember that LESS IS MORE lol
