I have 4 plants in a 3 ft tall x 28 dp x 18 wide. They all got a little too tall for the grow box so i super cropped them and now they are all leaning over on each other. Is this a problem? they are all sister plants Gdp strain supposibbly. They are grown clones ready to be flowered in about a week or two. Here's some pics.

Yeah its just a 200 watt cfl. And anything more will be hot as shit for the plants. The box is all metal. Its the the Superbox by Supercloset.
Anymore would make it too hot, but smaller bulbs spread out over a larger area would be better. All the dark areas will have little production.
Maybe look into the led globes with diffuser taken off.
Your plants will definitely want more light come flower.
The low light intensity may be the reason for your stretching too. Good luck

I have been using a 125W CFL bulb for vegging, and there was never a problem with intensity. You can also go flower with it, not pretty efficient, but this cab isn't big either. But do you want to flower them inside this cab? Actually they will stretch in flower and already don't have space to do so on the left side. Would think about some pruning. And I would like to recommand Bridgelux's EB series. These LED strips are pretty handy for such small cabinets!

Thanks much man. Well I have no choice to flower in it. I have no other options I've already invested money in this box which as you can tell is one of those commercial name brand boxes. I thought I'd take the easy way out when I first thought of growing but didn't think it through I guess so now I'm stuck with this box and have to work with it. So you would suggest pruning? Does that affect the yeild come time to flower? I looked into the LED strips and they seem like they would be effective. should I use them as extra lighting around the Box around the parts that doesn't really see that much light or should I use it as my main light source?

Main light source. You will gain a lot of vertical space with them as well. You are going to have to do a lot if tying down during the stretch so be prepared for that.

I have 3 cabs, now all running with these EB strips:

1) 18" x 16" x 44" (before 45W blurple amazon panel)
2) 32" x 16" x 36" (before 150W CMH with AAW+spreader)
3) 32" x 16" x 26" (before 150W FL)

So you can see, I am also pretty limited to height. Thats why I was looking for a very uniform light pattern. First I wanted to take CLU036, but than I found all these strips floating around. So I tried them out, first as additional light to my LED panel, which I bought meanwhile. After a few weeks though I was convinced and swapped completly. Just search for them, there are already nice journals with them, and also a seperate EB strip thread.

Actually I am running:
1) 12x 1' strips @50-100W
2) 12x 1' strips @50-100W + Cree XPE @100-150W
3) 12x 1' strips @50-100W

I am flowering mainly in 2), but also in 1).

I would get rid of this CFL bulb, just because of it's size. You will get pretty flowers with it at your cab size, its just that 1/3 of your space is now dedicated to something else (filter/bulb/refelktor), and you want to maximize that space. So I would take the strips as main light source, whatever you choose (EB series, Samsung F-/H-/M-series, flexible strips with Samsung's LM561C S6 bin chips, or CLU036 as small cobs), it will fit your needs. You just have to choose which fits in your cab!

And going like that into flower will make your cab explode... or atleast it will be nearlly impossible to tuck them all down. But you can try!

I stunted the growth about 3 weeks ago so it's going to bush out instead of stretch but i did it too late now they are stuck that size. Can i keep super cropping to keep them low ?

You need strings / gardening wire or something to hold them in position. And don't underestimate the stretch. I don't know your genetic, but they will get around 50% taller with just flowering now, growing into the bulb, or behind the filter, or somewhere...

3500K is what you will most likely read as color for both veg and flower. With height being an issue, I would take a colder temrature. And I like to combine different ones, like:

6x 5700
6x 3000
2x http://www2.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Mean-Well/ELG-100-C700B/?qs=sGAEpiMZZMt5PRBMPTWcaYoJ2bKEch7DHwN9Z9%2byzz6X%2bhiuKlqb9Q==

Just as an example. There you have 2 seperate drivers, which you can adjust from 50-100% with intern poti. So maximum of 200W, but I think you can run them at 150W for proper results. More cold white during veg, more warm light during flower.

Rest you will find when you search here for EB series, plenty of examples how to install.
