4 week old Grape ape drooping after i switched to "veg room"

Hey guys so I'm pretty new to growing my own bud, but I do like to think that I have a fair amount of knowledge on the subject. I am currently stuck growing in a couple of closets until I can get the cash to retrofit an empty bedroom in my new house into my new grow room. But until then here is my set-up and situation: For flowering I'm using a 4ft 8 bulb T5 lamp that currently is Flowering my White Rhino and my Blueberry Northern lights. No problems there they look beautiful. For my clone room I have a DR-40 that sits on a shelf above my "Flowering room" with a 4 ft 2 T8 bulb light inside. No problems there. My issue is I needed a space to veg because a few of the plants were out growing my Dr-40. But the only other lights I have/can afford right now are CFL'S. So I took the clones out growing my DR40 out and placed them under 8 CFL'S in a Jerry rigged fixture my friend made and has used successfully. Now my plants were always perky with the leaves reaching for the light in my clone room but after about 18 hours under the CFL'S my biggest grape ape is beggining to droop. The only thing I can think of is too much light maybe?? I'll post some pics of everything later just stressing out now and don't want to lose this strain because i am currently the only one in my area that I know of that has it. Any tips/ advice is greatly appreciated

it could be a number of things but i doubt it's the light intensity...could be not enough water or maybe youre over watering.
if you transplanted before moving under the different light then maybe its just a little transplant shock.... try using a B1 supplement and maybe a cal mag foliar application.

hey thanks for the reply. the soil was pretty dry when i got up this morning so She got fed with a mix of: Advanced Nutrients Sensi Grow at 1/2 strength, 6 ML of Fox Farms Bloom Builder, and 2 drops of Super thrive, in 2 liters of water this morning. The smaller ones i moved in there seem to be doing alright, still nice and perky and i fed them with a similar solution yesterday. so I'm really hoping this girl is just hungry/thirsty.

Im going to say its either over or under watering, if its over watering the stems will be nice and thick, if its under watering you will notice the stems will be a bit more scrawny. How often are you watering? Any pics would help

most likely humidity would not cause this....the ones in the DR 40 will definitely snap back..they dont look to bad.
the rihno looks great! good job :)
