4 weeks 12/12

How do my bitches look? they've been in 12/12 for 4 weeks but only actually started flowering a little less than two weeks ago. I've got two 60W CFL's that I'm probably going to replace next week with some larger 300W CFL's. Will this help me get bigger buds? Also, can anyone tell me what kind of marijuana plant I have, i.e. more indica vs sativa? Thanks bitches

Nearly everything these days is a hybrid of some sort but that looks more sativa-y. Thin leaves but dark green like Indica. Also a lot of stretching but that could be because of the lights and not because it's a lanky sativa. Buds take about 2 weeks to start forming so that's normal and good gosh yes, get some 300W 2700K lights. Use all of them, don't just replace. The more the better, within proper temperature ranges of course.

Looks like a hybrid. I used to use daylight spectrum bulbs. 6500K. I believe they provide better waves than warm white lights. I could be wrong, but ....

those plants wont yield at all unless you add a couple more lights on each plant.Ive got plants under 1000watt at 5 weeks,here they are!!!!

6500K bulbs are great for vegging. Replacing (or adding) 2700K for flowering is usually ideal though. You can do a full grow and get good bud with either type alone too.

five weeks huh? i said mine only started actually flowering less than two weeks ago...and they seem to be developing normally to me i justwant it to happen faster

i would add more light down in the lower canopy. and i would stake the plants soon for stability.

dude ditch the tin foil it relfects light harshly in uneven directions causing heat spots. plants are looking good though, more light would make them bigger but honestly if you are thinking of upgrade you might as well get an HPS. better part of the light spectrum for flowering (red). If it was a sativa you would know, what is this bagseed?
