4 weeks old and new leaves are curling under ?

hi guys got a problem with my latest crop, everything was goin great pants looked really healthy and tall, they are 5weeks old and a forced them into fllower a week ago, about 5 days ago a noticed the leaves had dropped and since then have got worse, its weird cos some of the plants are great and some are curling under , ai think i may have over watered them what is the best solution for this and quick?? help would be much appriciated

change water in reservoir if doin hydro cuz it might be the ph being off causin a nutrient lockout. giv plain water for a day or two first so they recover. hope that helps

no mate im growing in coco soil the water has ben fine up til now ill have to check the ph properly tho 2 moro and see if its that cheers any way m8

I read a great quote: "Leaves curl up - too close to light, curl down - too much water." When my PH was off the leaves changed color, but didn't curl. Push something long and thin all the way down and see if it comes up clean. I let mine dry all the way out before watering.

Get as much air on them as you can and if you can face a fan towards the dirt, that might help. If you have high humidity and have a humidifier, you could put that in there. I'm in single digit humidity here, so mine dry out fast.
