400$ 400w 400g Challenge..

So, I set everything up, I have a shelf up top holding the moms and future clones, then under neath that shelf I have my 400w hps, I'm going with ebb and flow again, with a 12plnt sog method, but harvesting monthly. My question is, my hps is hanging 30 inches off the floor, with the tray being 6 inches and then another under it for res, that only leaves 18 inches for full flower. With strains that are predominately sativa, kaya and ww, can I achieve full flower at that height if the clones are 6-8 inches when they go 12-12? I figure I can still do the 400g just going to take three harvests or so, but that still suits my goal.. Any suggestions?

Any one seen the guy on icmag getting am lb with a scrog/400w setup, not quite 400g and I don't think he was using co2

Yeah I saw that, kinda what I'm going for, but torn between scrog, and sog. I decided to move my flower room to the other side of the shed, so now I have about 8 ft clearance.. Plenty of room for either. I'm thinking sog, because it's easier, but I think I may alternate and compare. As soon as I get my first clones from the mom's I'll start a journal.

Sog has a quicker turn around scrog uses less plants with longer veg to fill the screen but if you have a strict plant limit its safer,

Well, state of fl here, so as long as it's under 50 it's only cultivation, over is with intent to distribute.. I have been measuring my temps, lights on and off, that shed isn't going to be anywhere close to cool, so I'm thinking flower box in one of my walk-in closets instead. 2x6x4. Should still be big enough to put in say, 8 plants, harvesting 4 a month. Clone box can go pretty much anywhere. Shouldn't be too hard to pull that much weight in 3 harvests, so 3 harvests in sog? Or one in scrog? I think sog, then I can also grow more strains so I can have ups, downs, and whatever my heart desires.
