If I can help any way. I'm new to this very first grows. But after a year of reading before starting. There aren't so many chems that we have to use to grow. Funny thing. Is in wild they need nothing but nature. Try this. http://www.hydroponic-research.com

in other words. Simple is best. Get rid of cfl use your hps 12/12 from what I've understood about the plant. It gets one reset on lights lol
anyways. I'm a beginner as well following simple laws of nature.
You judge for yourself.

thank you for the reply! this is a autoflower strain so for this the more light = the better :) I have her on 20/4 and she started flowering a little less than a week ago

man this is what happens when people read too much.
http://www.hydroponic-research.com/our-story/
This is all you need man TRUST ME. maybe a bit of pot ash and sugared at end if you want tight dense buds..
Just leave her be she will bounce right back give her a day or two
I been experimenting with my plants you can damn near chop everything off your stalk and watch it work.
I see so many soil growers struggle with nutes. I dunno ill stick with my hydroton

ill tell you mine did that right after i put a heater in my room just remember any atmosphere change in your room will affect them.. Plants outside do this all the time. but best about cannibas its like a cancer its gonna thrive and take over

well I flushed her with about 15 gallons of water yesterday (5 gallon pot) and have left her under the lights for now. Since the soil is essentially empty of nutrients now what should I feed her on the next go around once the soil is dry?

1/2 strength?

I have

Tiger Bloom
Cal Mag
Flora Duo series
Fox Farm Ocean Forest

*EDIT* after only like 12 hours she has completely perked back up!! what the heck I thought it was going to take days to recover ;)

ok guys I need your help she has perked up tremendously but her new growth looks very skinny and is yellow at the tips. what does this mean? after flushing her with pHed water I have not given any nutes yet maybe it's a def?

*edit* gave her some cal mag and floraduo 1/2 strength I figured she had to be hungry after that flush

I kinda wanna raise the distance from the plant to the light to make her stretch just a tad bit more :) and I only mean like 4-6 inches not anything drastic just enough to make her wanna grow a little bit :) once I get her tall enough I'll get the light as close as I can to haunt it. I just would like a 3 ft plant

Looking good bro. Looks like she doesn't like a lot of nutes maybe cus she's an auto so maybe just run your base nutes with her only. I've only done one auto for giggles cus it was a freebie from attitude so don't know too much about them but she seems really good when you don't have a lot like after the flush. She will stretch maybe for another week or so but looks like she's growing fast so might not be that long but just keep her happy like she is now and everything will be good bro. Peace

Hey bro I think your flushing her too much. You just flushed her the other day didn't you? Only time you really need a flush is when you see something wrong a deficiency. It looks like she's been over watered and now she needs some food. Don't water or flush her anymore let her do her thing and when the next time you water feed her with your base nute only see how that does. But she's def hungry and over watered. I can tell you with soil you want that to dry out as much as possible before watering and with you just flushing her you didn't need another flush. When I said she looked good after flush was because you had too much nutes and hen you flushed she looked better without a lot of nutes in her so don't run a lot of nutes with this being auto and it hard to get these dialed in. She will be fine bro these are some of the strongest plants in the world she will survive but don't water her till she's almost dry with base food only try full strength on base nutes she's depleted so she's needs a lot and try watering just enough to wet the soil. Don't worry bro she will be ok keep updating

No problem man anything I can do to help anyone out I will period. That's just how I was raised but man she's perked right back up and looking very sexy ;). Don't worry too much about her she's an auto so you don't have to do a lot with her. Just don't water her too much and you should be fine. Here's a tip after you water her pick her and feel how heavy she is then when you think she needs to be feed/watered pick her up again. You can tell the difference from a freshly watered plant and one that dry. She looks happy so just don't stress too hard bro and everything will be good. Peace
