Well I think it's really the air going through the ducting...fan is silent by itself...add ducting and you feel like your at an airport...I even wrapped my ducting with a memory foam mattress topper...helped a little...but it's still not quiet and now it looks ghetto :shock:
 
should get that fan in the attic so youre pulling the air rather than pushing it ... don't mount the fan hang it....... some insulated ducting......... or whatever I know you've heard all this stuff before

I was gonna get insulated ducting...there's a reason why I didn't...can't remember (or something)...lol...already cut a hole in my ceiling...now I gotta make it BIGGER :shock:
I'll worry about the noise later...priority is on transplanting and light proofing...I'm already so used to the noise that my alarm clock doesn't even wake me anymore...

I stayed in my pajamas wrapped up in my new awesome blanket on the coach until 10 at night...showered, put on clean pajamas and went to bed with my new awesome blanket! :razz: But I did get up long enough to cook up some bacon and eggs for breakfast and roast a chicken for dinner...my daughter was occupied with her new iPad ALL DAY LONG! :)
