well thank you, but you should trust your judgment.. to me, they look very close, few more days, the close pics look like some good hairs, but looks like still a lot of white hairs from big pics, but maybe flash.. god they are f'n incredible otter, no joke, some supreme megas!! u are a garden master!.... i actually put mine in 48h of dark before cutting and hanging?.. we'll see, and i starved them the last week, last time i watered, watered them heavy on saturday apr 30th with ph corrected water and 1 tbsp /gal of organic raw blue agave nectar and cut them yesterday? we'll see, just trying something? figured they'd take less time to dry? but who knows like i said, just trying it..

cheers for the advice! I was concerned about the redbeard being mostly white but turns out thats the pheno. I like the agave nectar trick- I used mollassses in soil but that would just gunk up my waterfarm if I tried it now! dunno about the less time to dry thing but now I think about it, that could hold some weight (lol) that argument, less water for the plant = less time to dry. never heard that before though! I want to do a slow dry this time anyway because I think we dried our critical+ too quick and it retained a very slightly harsh taste, gotta have that time to break down chlorophyll dont you? I want to see more pics of your harvest! (if you aint smoked it all lol!)

no prob. ya otter exactly, thats why i hang the plants whole plants to dry, my outdoors that i did that way had an amazing taste and look and they took 3 weeks to dry, i'm hoping these only take like 2 weeks or less, lol, i wanna smoke some! but i've noticed, little trimmed cuttings, or little buds from a trim machine and put on screens, they dry waaaay quicker and you don't want it to take less than 9-10 days to dry.. plus after i dry it i put it in large jars and burp it everyday and get them really nasty and cured just right..

i plan on taking a small branch before i start flushing

i actually did, a couple little ones, one was way premie, and i smoked it a few days ago and smoked another little bowl this morning of some little skraggle i cut off 6 days ago. that blasted me, i still have 2 little lower shit branches that haven't dried yet, prolly smoke them in the next few days.. lol, its the tops that i'm waiting on, once they're nice and cured, i'll be workin on the ones i keep for a while..

MINI UPDATE

went down and played with the girls this morning in the dark, moved them around a little, checked them out.. drying nice and doing great.. the buds are slowly drying up but even the lower branches (which are at the top while hanging) are still kinda bendy, so prolly at least another 5-8 days to dry.. then i'll trim all the bud leaves and then jar these bitches up for a few days...!!
