4000w Design: will this work?!

Hey guys it's time for me to nail down my final design for the grow room so I can get to building it! Main concern is plant limits, which will be (12) mature plants at any one time. The plan is to grow 1 plant in each bucket using a recirculating DWC SCROG system. Will be putting three rows of screen in each room, so I can walk down 2 of the rows all the way. Each room will operate at opposite times of the day to even out power usage. Each room has 12 plants and (2) 1000w lights which will be sealed and air cooled. I will bring 220v into the room. Should I also bring in a strand of 110v or can a get some kind of panel that has outlets built into it for both voltages?

Has anyone tried this or something similar? What am I up against? Thanks for any help, this site is great!

Here is my design:

yeah, good luck with help. most of the time i just get stupid/pointless answers or none at all. maybe about 10% of the time i actually get advise i can use.

as for your setup, it looks pretty solid, although i think you could probably get away with using 600's instead of 1000's to cut down on energy consumption. and i'd just run both rooms light cycles the same (at the same time) and start your lights later in the day, any time after those guys that check elect. meters are off work and then your lights will go off before those guys start work the next day. (ie on:7pm, off:7am)

good luck bro! keep us posted

keep the 1ks, screw 2 rooms make a big 4k flower room and keep the rdwc system. 2 600s are better then 1k but 2 1ks are wayyyy better then 2 600s. also if your plan it to have a 6.5-7 ft long room your falling short a 10x10 will be perfect for 12 5gal buckets rdwc. any smaller you will loose potential yield. and maybe even make the clone area an actuall square that lind of area will just waste you lumens/sq ft ratio. good luck buddy hope this helps

I think it looks stellar. However, what about temperature and humidity? Assuming you will have 2 months of veg time, have you considered four 20 gallon pots under a 1000 watt?
