Sweet. Looking into LST also. Are they usually done that low? Is there any issues with air circulation? Keep us updated...

Is it just me or are the stems bent too close to the top of the soil?

That's some crazy lst'ing you got happening buddy! You may want to let them shoot out a bit more before tying them any further, you need room for air movement under the canopy
