400w hps flood light

Hey I'm starting my first grow and I'm thinking a 1.2x1.2x2.0m grow tent and I got my hands on a 400w hps floodlight, I was wondering if that would be fine to grow with without taking it apart and would it get to hot ? This is the light I'm going to use http://davislighting.com/pdf/Floodlights/HID.pdf it's the kuma 2 400w

You need to have remote ballast, unless you have fantastic ventilation system
