A few days ago I was moving some stuff around and pitched the SLH. I taped her up, and she is doing fine, lost two baby leaves, but she's strong.

All 6 of the ladies and their roots starting to pop out.

Hey man I'm pretty much vegging with the same cfl's rite now man. Just some food for thought. I start out and keep them about 2-3 inches away at all times and even forget to raise them and the plants sometimes grow real close to touching them but its cool long as they aren't touching bro. Point is if u keep ur cfls cloes u wount get the stretch on the stalk and u will have some seriously tite awesome plants to deal with before hitting flower and they explode. U could prolly dig out some of that rock and gently lean the stalks over without breaking them a put the rock back in. I've done it plenty of times long as ur carefull u should be fine. Then like I said get those cfls a couple inches from the tops they should fire back up and get in line for you.
Also what are your ph and ppm running?

I don't have a ppm pen, so I just water down the nutes a little and up them once I start flowering. The ph is always between 5.8-6.8. Most of the ladies already have multiple internodes really close together. I did have the plants about a foot from the light, but they're just a few inches away now. The only one really stretching is the SLH, and I read it does that since it's mostly sativa. As for bending, I might do that to get them ready for the screen in the flowering room.

Yeah the lemon was stretching a bit. But I just realized I was running a 12/12 since seed. So I switched to 18 and 6. I can't believe I did that. I bent my babies like you said and everything is looking great.

Yeah I woke up and said "12 and 12?" WTF? I didn't know where it came from, but I got out of bed in my underwear, past my girls past out friends in the living room and to my cabinet. Sure enough, 12 and 12. So I changed it and checked it about 5 times since I was still in a dream state. Ha. Weird weed esp shit.

As for CFLs, this is my first from seed with CFLs and they look amazing. The internodes are right under one another. With MH I had to keep it up at least a foot from the heat produced. As a result I'd get the stretching lanky lady with internodes further apart. With that said they never got more than 5ft. (full bloom). I love the CFLs.

I hope to have a perpetual grow w/ this setup. Any thoughts on what i have to do to make that happen? I can't keep mothers, I clone clones. I'd like to harvest about every 3-5 weeks. I was going to start flower of SLH in week 4, Blue Chz week 6, then White Russian week 8 of veg. What i don't get, is how i keep a SLH in veg for about 11 weeks without getting out of control. Can i keep topping? Should i do a CFL flower also and setup a clone station somewhere else? Any input is welcomed.

Now what ur gonna have to do is setup a veg cab then. U don't need to take clones until the second or third week of flower if u don't want to that's when I take mine. I don't keep moms I flower take cuts root them and continue the process.. Gives them a couple weeks to root if need be a little veg time and then they get cycled back in. U don't have to keep moms persay. But u are gonna have to keep a small box or closet setup on 18/6 for rooting clones and then a little veg time.
I would start them flowering at the same time.
That will allow u to chop your 8 weekers first.
Three weeks later chop your eleven weekers that gives u a harvest every three weeks.
Just put the next generation clones in for that strain when u take that strain down to keep it consistent.

Lol so yea u don't need to KEEP MOMS. U do need an extra veg box tho to root clones.
Ur gonna need enuff room to put at least a shallow water tub in it. To keep at least three clones after they are rooted for some veg time.
U can use a simple piece of plastic as a divider to keep the roots seperated so they don't get tangled.
See what I'm sayin.

Like I said man I'm only vegging with 2x26 watt daylite cfls. That's all I need for now I may add to more to expand the footprint.
But I've grown a 12 node plant in DWC with the exact same lighting in 17 days.

I knew I explained that wrong man. Ur rooting and veg cab will have to act as a flower pad and rooting pad unless u have another flower cab. U can root in 12/12 too. But u will need three trays to do a parpetual like that otherwise build a big enuff veg cab that u can keep plant vegging longer and pop them in but ur gonna need three cycles to get to the every three weeks chop. Or just flip flop your rxtra veg cab like I just explained. Lol man I know I just prolly got u all messed up with that one.

Awesome stuff. If I cut around 3 weeks into flower, I can keep them somewhat smaller. I was thinking of maybe flowering my exodus chz and moby dick with my cfls and the others with my HPS. Maybe I'll make a cloner box again for my setup.

Yessir I seen u checked that out I'm glad. Bro that plant in the thread was totally out of control and yea all that in very little time with 52 watts daylite cfls lol. I know space is an issue at least for me rite now I have taken over two closets now n the wifey ain't all that happy about it but realisticly u have to have mini nursery to root and veg in. U can keep cramming plants thru the flower pad all u want. That's pretty much how I'm doing it. My buckets are trays in a sence so realisticly u could have 4 buckets just space out ur flower time in the cab. Anyway I put an awesome post I copied in the dwc grow club thread it explains to the T exactly how to time ur grows on a perpetual system. Dude check it out I also left a link to the thread its very easy to read. I have pretty much modeled my whole entire grow after OLDS and Als grows just replace the trays with DWC.

On Saturday it'll be 4wks. They're still tiny, but the internodes are right below one another. Lost the Super Bud, but I don't have room for the 5 I have let alone 6.

2-150W soft white, and 1-100W bright white equivalent CFLs. Will be moving to 400W MH soon, but maybe turn it to 250W to keep the heat low.

Ambient temp 90F-Need to add some inlet holes in the back of the cabinet.
Water temp 76F
ph is around 5.8-6.5
