400w MH/HPS large closet grow (first non-noob grow)!

I've been growing for a year now, and after many many mistakes and ruined plants, I finally have a pretty good knowledge of growing.

I've been germing these seeds for a few days (didn't keep track), but I finally popped two of them in a good soil mixture and put them under lights!

Soil:
60% potting soil
15% perlite
10% worm castings
10% building sand
5% 6-4-4 Fert

water:
well water (usually left out 24-48 hours)

Temp and humidity:
45-55% RH
70-80F degrees
Last reading - 46%RH 81F deg

Lights:
first two weeks (18/6):
6 6500K 23watt CFL
2 2700K 23watt CFL
rest of veg(18/6):
400W MH
flowering(12/12):
400W HPS
----------------

Day 1 in soil:

40% RH/86F degree so I opened my vent in the closet to allow prime conditions for the seedlings to pop up XD

Thanks, man. I had a timer issue already...didn't turn off so I had to drunkenly stumble over to turn off the timer last night an hour late, then woke up today and had to turn it ON 3 hours later. On top of that one of my timers keeps flickering whenever I touch it XD. So far those seedlings have to be confused to say the least.
