4200W grow - please critique

Looking for 30 day perpetual, so I think I will start with 30 flowering, then introduce 30 more into flowering after 30 days. The other 30 will be for vegging.

ROOMS
space is 900 sqft so I think it's best to construct 2 rooms within the space, roughly 12x17 (200 sqft) each

WALLS
Orca lining for all walls

LIGHTING FLOWERING
7 lights, 9 plants per light, 63 plants
7 - 600W hortilux super hps
7- A-wing reflectors
7- Quantum ballasts

AC
1 ton each room, or 2 ton outside rooms to reduce heat

Fans
8" max fan, 1 per room
8" can lite filters, 1 per room
16" oscillating fan, 2 per room

CO2
1 Titan Selene 1 generator in flowering room (anyone run co2 for vegetative?)
1 Titan controller

Generator
15kw

4200W per room? If so, 12k btu probably wont be enough. I use 17k btu with 3600w of air cooled lights and while it keeps up in the summer, it runs a lot more than I'd like. This year I think I'm going with 24k btu.
Btw, why 7 lights? If for two rooms, obviously they wont be equal. If for each room, how will that be balanced? I'm pretty high, but that just doesn't sound right.

Sounds like a lot of fun. I've used co2 in veg and it rocks. A lot of people will tell you not to run it in veg because it's costly, and it is. If you can afford it though, try it out it's amazing how fast they grow. It is weird your going with 7 lights, I set my room up 6 600w as well as the guy above, for 3600 watts. I use a 12'' max can to vent and a portable 1 ton ac to cool, right now though I haven't used the ac in over a month and then fan is running not even half speed.. keeping temps at 71-77, but now that it's already hot again (I live in AZ) the AC will be coming back real soon. Past two days have been 80 here lol.

Maybe try a bare bulb vertical grow with a large exhaust like my room. I have a couple 20'' fans blowing around in the room as well.

Looking for <99 so just wanted to split up the rooms

~33 veg room
~66 flower room (66/9 per light = 7)

I guess I can do 6 lights x 9 = 54 flower, the rest for clones

I'd like to start half the flowering room, then introduce new clones after 30 days.

6x600w so 3600w

I don't mind running a 2 ton instead. I plan on running lights/co2 at night when the temps drop

Thanks brutzuk
12" seems overkill for 200sqft, but I suppose it helps keep the a/c off. What is your operating cost for co2 in veg? Are you running it 18/6 on the same timer as the lights?
