48 hour darkness

If you soil is not bone dry, I would sit the plant in the dark and let her go for 48hrs then check trichs and see where they are.

I'm into my 13 week of 12/12 on my first grow of bagseed and one of them is still a month away. I grew 10 plants but 6 were male. The trichomes are mostly cloudy so the high should still be ok. They continue to open those little blooms with the fresh pistills so it's hard to stop growing my ladies. Just in the last few days the thc oil has really been increasing so I think these plants are just reaching full maturity. Soon the uncured smoke then couple weeks later Ill try the cured. I can not hardly wait.

But I'll miss my first crop. I spend several hours w/ them each day. I've been very lucky my first grow. Healthy plants, they don't have much smell, no diseases, no pests except for some fruit flies that soon disappeared. No herbicides or pesticides. Dyna-gro fertilizer, food-grade H2O2, whey protein, molasses, spirulina, epson salt, dolomite lime are the ingredients I used in the waterings. When my final plant finishes of this crop I have some ak48 waiting to grow for next time. I am having a great time growing.

what should i do with my outside plant? its going to be ready to harvest very soon and i have heard that holding plants in darkness for 24-48 hours will help it produce trichs. but my problem is is that the only place i can put my plant in thats big enough to put in darkness for a full 24 hours is my shed, and it gets pretty hot in there during the day.

any help? please thanks

Just leave them be as long as you can outside, and when it's time to harvest, it's time to harvest.

a good recomendation and one ive seen used before in conjunction with the shock ripening, is a healthy dose of co2 like around 1500ppm just before the lights go off that last time. doesnt hurt. may be more of a ritual then anything. about 2 hours before the lights go off.
