4K setup advice needed

For a 4K setup Iwould like to know what my best choice for A/C is? I dont wanna have to bring in a commercial A/C unit.

the space is about 10x12 more or less.

sealed room so im not gonna be using the central

what unit(s) give me best option in keeping temps in line (78d)

For 4k and so not to have to fuck about swapping for bigger unit, go straight for a 21k BTU aircon, they are gonna generate alot of heat. Cool tubes will be a must in the summer months. You wil need taht heat in the winter months so get yourself a fan controller to adjust extraction rates throughout the year.

^^^ What he said but if you want and imo you should get a couple or a few low power fans and set up duct work and use the fans to help blow the cold air around the area a little better.

Why turn off the central air as well? Wouldn't that just help the window AC to cool??

For smell. Gotta seal the room. If I leave central ten entire place smells

You will have a larges cribber in that room that has no duct but just a fan on it. Not sure why. That will be an issue.
