4x4x6 grow tent

what kind of light should i use with a 4x4x6 grow tent. i was thinking a 600w but im still pretty new at this.and how many plants could i fit do u think?

600 will do. You could fit many small plants in there but I would advise that you grow 6-8 larger plants. Try to keep your plants under 3 feet so your light can penetrate the canopy to the lower fan leaves.

I am growing in the same size tent using DWC and a 600watt lamp. I let my plants get too big in veg before I started to flower. Don't do what I did! For me, 4 plants took up all the room after I topped them during veg stage. Don't top them! This is first DWC grow and I am making mistakes. Still, I some grat cola's forming. I also needed to switch to an air cooled reflector to control tent temp. Without air cooled lamp I would have cooked my plants. Hope this helps. Good luck and learn.

Sort of off topic, but I too had height issues when I first started growing indoors, I use a one square meter tent. For my current grow I decided to experiment with a product called Bushmaster to address height. I wanted my five ladies to stop growing at around two feet and the shit worked like a charm within 24 hours. Not saying Bushmaster is for everyone but it worked for me and I'll probably continue to use it in future grows.
