5 weeks in and my buds have all red/orange hairs help

Im 5weeks in to slurricane and all the pistal are red/orange. Im using hlg leds im in fox farm soil using fox farm nutrients . I do have a little nutrient burn on my leaf tips. I had a fan like 8 inch away on speed two. My question is will the buds start growing more white hairs

Looks further along than week 5 but yes the buds will continue to develop right up to week 8 or 9. You might see more white pistils emerging by then but typically by week 8 or 9 the buds will have entered ripening phase. Some sativa leaning strains keep on growing more pistils seemingly forever.

Yes, usually they have 2-3 'cycles' of new white pistols.

Is that 5weeks since flip?

I don't know what exactly you've been feeding those plants but they definitely are showing signs of overfeeding. Are you using the dozen or so bottles of stuff they have on their feeding chart? Regardless, overfeeding can inhibit bud growth and cause premature ripening. I use Fox Farms soil but I am not a fan of their nutrients. I've never used them but it seems many people that do have problems with overfeeding when they follow their feeding chart. I'd give them plain water for a while.
