i appreciate that mate livers never heard of and dont think want to taste hate liver ha
lol it doesnt taste like livers lol

tastes more like a northern lights with a hint of berries although no-one knows the ACTUAL genetics

just found this on it, prob give a better description than me lol----

There's a few different versions - the 'blues' is the blueberry-smelling one, but I don't think it is Blueberry really, possibly an old NL - my friend grows it, and I'm going to get a cut soon, and run it against some f3s of some old DJ Short Blueberrys I've sprouted recently - allegedly from the '97 Delta 9 collection.
The 'livers' is another, danker, more earthy version of my 'Mystery Strain', or 'the smelly one', which has a more acetone, fruity solvent smell, and is very potent, and they've both been around since at least '92. There's been endless speculation about the origins of those clones for years - other candidates for them may be M39 or a really nice NL#5...

That one from UKORG is apparently almost identical to the clone only and the best representation of livers/blues in seed form

TBh mate im not that knowledgeable on LED`s, im only just starting my own research into them but it seems a lot of LED companies seem to be moving over to white/red or all white LED`s for just flowering so may be an idea to pick the brains of the intelligent folk in one of the bigger LED help threads and ask for some info from people that weally know their stuff with LED`s an have been using em for a while y`know

My only experience of LED`s so far is the vipar 180W`s(100W true) my mate has just started using and he is still only midflower so far on his first ever grow lol so too soon yet to comment on those but they certainly veg well.

Currently he has a 180w in a 80x80x140 tent over an exo scrog an 2 blue pit clones that were vegged for a week or so, and the other one is in his veg cupboard, certainly seem to be doing VERY well for only 200W(true watts) tho it seems hence my interest in switching over to LED`s

Also just to be a nosy fucker what part of the UK you in?
You have to have a degree to really understand most of the shit.. It does seem to appear the mostly white panels are being talked about a lot, contrary to previous thought. I think a lot of the market is solely red/blue because when LEDs first started becoming affordable, they were still fairly inefficient- so it made sense to focus on the most 2 most important wavelengths. But now that LEDs are becoming more efficient, its moving to 'lets emulate the full visible spectrum of sunlight' since plants do in fact use those other wavelengths.

But hey, I've got 3 180W Advanced panels and an Apollo 8 360W that are mostly red and blue, with a few green and infrared mixed in, and I've been happy with the results and bud yield. Plus there's barely any heat and running my whole grow room only costs about $60/month.

Couldn't tell you the strain, its been cloned by a friend for years, I just flower them out. Some have guessed a Skunk strain- sativa dominant, higher THC. They are fast flowering, 6-7 weeks. We usually yield 1.5-2 oz per plant. I run 8 plants most of the time, we are in a groove now that we have 2 ebb systems next to each other, harvesting 4 plants (6-8oz total) every 3 weeks or so and bring the next batch of 4 clones in and the younger 4 are then ready in another 3 weeks. He clones and vegges them to about 14 inches and they only get to about 28-30 inches at harvest. I do supercropping and defoliation quite a bit to get the plants to similar heights.

Hah yeah it works out well, saves me from having to have 2 separate light proof areas. It basically runs itself, besides the trimming and stuff. Weve got big water reservoirs so they dont need much attention. I only check on them once a day sometimes. The only issue ive run into is the GFCI outlet reset on me one day and its on its own circuit breaker so the only thing I can think happened is bugs flew in there or water splashed on a plug. Luckily it happened a half hour before lights out so the plants were fine, it just started to smell in the house so I knew the exhaust wasnt running. Now its covered and I wrap extensions cord ends with electrical tape.

lol i can imagine

my first grow wasnt exactly an outstandng success either lol, 6 northern lights, under a 400W hps in a dusty loft with no tent or room or anything, no fans, carbon filter etc etc, could smell it half a mile down the road lmao

just been reading this thread alittle that dog kush seems sweet gunna ave to ave look at some complete journals if can find any
Uk growers thread or Club 600 has the most amount of dog growers, also there is a BB dog kush grow off thread and also a breeders boutique thread, all of which contain people growing dog(use the search feature top right hand corner of screen)

Also in case you are interested if you google search for "High times strongest strains on earth 2013" you will find the DOG included on the list

furthermore here is a link to the ~Breeders site http://www.breedersboutique.co.uk/site/
