Well now that I have more room in my tent after harvesting Blueberry Headband, I have 4 qrazy train plants going and 1 querkle. I'll be adding more plants soon....trying to get a new bigger reflector to replace this really small Euro reflector i got a month or so back just as a quick way to get a 3rd 400watt light going...as soon as i get a bigger reflector I'll be able to utilize all of my tent's space instead of just 3/4 of it. I still have the 2 huge Airflow reflectors going for my other 2 400watt lights.

Note: All flowering days are counted from first day I see pistil production, instead of first day of 12/12 cycle.

Qrazy Train #1-Day 25 -This plant is doing GREAT. Figure she is about halfway done. Buds are packing in densely and trichomes production is enormous. This plant smells like grape fuel when you barely even bump against it....feels VERY oily when slightly rubbed and this exaggerates the smell enormously. I see great things coming from this plant.

Qrazy Train #2- Day 22 - This plant is a little more stretchy than #1, but internodes are filling in nicely so far. Resin production is a little less than #1 as well, but it is a few days behind. This plant smells more grape-pine than #1 which smelled grape-fuel

QT#1 Clone 1-Day 21 This is the plant that is in the 1 gallon pot instead of 5 gallons like all the other plants. She is 2.5 feet tall and I trimmed the lower 1/4 of her to promote top bud production. She is filling in very nicely so far and is starting to pack on resin on the same day that her mother plant did. Expecting a nice big top cola by the end of this one's life ;)

QT#1 Clone 2-Day 0 (just put in tent 3 days ago, no pistils yet) I just put her into 12/12 3 days ago, so she is not showing signs of sex yet although I know she is female since she is a clone off #2. Figure this one will stretch a good bit from her current look. I trimmed her down to 2 main tops and 6 strong side branches. Got rid of all the stragly looking undergrowth.

Querkle-Day 5- Querkle just showed pistil production 7 days ago and now has some nice buds forming. I didn't take clones of this plant...might hate myself later for not doing so, but we will see. Not much to say except she stretched just like I wanted her to do and she is now a nice sized bush just about 3/4 as big as either of my momma Qrazy Train plants.

Vegg Tent has:

QT #1 Clone 3 in 5 gallon pot which will become the new mother plant and will give clones soon.

QT #2 Clone 1- in 3 gallon pot

QT #2 Clone 2- in 5 gallon pot

Paradise Opium which looks like a dud...she is sickly looking even after transplanting so i think ill just toss it. Don't have any room for sick plants in my luscious green flowering tent

Gonna plant a Emerald Triangle Seed's - Royal Purple Kush Feminized today. Think I want a nice sea of purple for this coming winter.

Blueberry Headband total weight was 158.2g. All of it heavily covered in sticky smelly trichomes. 4 ounces of it has already been curing for 13 days now and the rest is on its 4th day curing. Some of the best smoke I've had all year both in taste and high.....will get a smoke report up this weekend.

Flowering Tent:
Qrazy Train #1 Day 30: Great things......thats all i can say about this plant. Smells like a Sonic lemon-berry fruit slush when only slightly touched. Very oily looking flowers that are extremely dense.

QT#1 Clone 1 (1gallon pot) Day 26: Smells just like mom, only this plant is the SOG 1 cola version after doing some trimming of the side branches. This one likes to get watered every night due to the 1 gallon pot, but she looks just as healthy as mom.

QT#1 Clone 2 Day 3: Just started showing pistils 3 days ago, and she is starting to grow spider buds now.

Qrazy Train #2 Day 27: This plant is about 6 inches taller than Qrazy Train #1 if I haven't already mentioned that. Smell is completely different; this plant smells more pine than QT#1 and internodes are spaced further apart. She is really filling in nicely and no signs of problems whatsoever.

Querkle Day 10: Nice tight internodes that are really starting to take off in density at such an early age. After the first day of seeing pistils form on this plant, it just exploded with bud formation and has been ever since. Having grown Multiple TGA strains with Space Queen in the cross, I am VERY familiar with the smell of this plant....it is Space Queen dominant in smell right now. Hoping for great results with her even though I didn't take any clones of this one.

I apologize in advance for the pictures...its a crappy verizon phone.

Great job, can't wait for that smoke report. I love your setup. Someday I want to have lights like that. Although to be perfectly honest I'd be pissed with that kind of yield. In fairness I grow outside organically which is totally different then growing indoors. It's just I know you spent a lot of money on nutrients and as far as I can see you did a perfect grow. I just expect more out of those nutrients for the money and time you invested. Although maybe they just needed more soil to open up idk.

Eh, if you can get 5 ounces in 5 gallons indoors you are doing awesome just about any indoor soil grower will tell you that. And just about every grow I've done has gotten bigger in harvest each time just from me tweaking things here and there. If I had some 600 or 1000's I'd probably be growing in 10 gallon pots but to be honest I'm really happy pulling 4 or 5 ounces per plant, i just need to actually plant to the capacity of my tent....I've only been doing about 3/4 of my space just due to not having the right reflectors for my lights, but I'm gonna work on that soon....I am pretty sure I can fit 7, maybe 8 plants in 5 gallon pots in this tent, but I want to see how this smaller plant in the 1 gallon pot does....because if I can fit say 4-6 of those 1 gallon pots in the same space as a 5 gallon plant takes up, I'd be getting more yield in the same space. Just gotta work through my different strains and see what way the plants like to grow best.

Wish i could grow in the great outdoors but the government don't take too kindly to that round these parts...lmao

Your plants look good. All of them are healthy, the buds are fat, and I don't see any stretch whatsoever, so I think your lighting was perfect. I used Advanced Nutrients Sensi line up a few years ago in ten gallon Smart Pots outside. I didn't do any better then what your doing right now in five gallons. I was mad. lol. I ended up switching to a raised bed and it was a total game changer.

I might be moving to AZ in a year or two, so I'm starting to pay attention to indoor grows for the first time. I don't own a hut, so I have no idea if this is possible, but in your opinion, do you think it would be possible to build a 3'x3' raised bed inside a grow hut? Or use one of those Big Bag Beds by Smart Pots which are about the size of a plastic kiddy pool. Also how does your hut handle the run off from your containers and is it easy to clean up?

Man I was seriously looking into getting a raised bed...I was thinking about doing a 4' x 4' for the outside dimensions of the bed using wood to build a homeade sturdy one, but my plan fell through when large amounts quality soil became a big problem to locate :( You gotta have access to a good amount of soil obviously when making a raised bed, and our only local nursery in the immediate area got closed down, so now all we have is home depot....which obviously sells nothing but miracle gro and scotts....it really sucks. I have to drive about 60 miles one way just to get quality organic soil and i got a little car, so i can only get about 6 bags at a time. This is also making me think more about switching to mostly smaller 1 gallon plants, just due to the soil problem. I would say a raised bed would be GREAT though. And definitely achievable inside the proper size tent.

Just remember to have a tray or rubbermaid tote or something underneath to catch water runoff...tent floors are cheap and any water that gets on them ends up over time warping the reflective mylar then it starts peeling off leaving only black plastic underneath. I have been using some white 15" diameter saucers under each of my 5 gallon felt pots and just a soup bowl from the kitchen under my 1 gallon plant lmao. I tried to buy some more a few weeks back at walmart and could only find expensive clay pot saucers tho :\ But the plants like a little bit of water in the saucers from the runoff and they end up sucking it all up from the saucers before the lights turn off for their 12/12 cycle when i do water them because I water within the first 30 minutes of lights on...i end up watering the 5 gallon plants about 3 liters every other night and the 1 gallon plant likes 1Liter every night.

OH, P.S. I think i forgot to mention (it really is hard to remember what I've said over the last 13 pages) but I am back to just using only Super Soil...no advanced nutrients anymore....for a while it was hard to get all my amendments. I have been ordering most of my amendments online, but have a good source for worm castings locally. All the plants in my tent currently have 50%SS/50% regular unamended organic soil
except the 1 gallon plant which has 75%SS/25% regular.

Just plunked down $320 for a 3rd HUGE reflector to replace the little Euro reflector i had for my 3rd light.....3rd light is also getting an upgrade from 400magnetic ballast to 600watt lumatek digital. So by next week I should have 2 x 400watt lumatek digital and 1 x 600watt lumatek digital in the tent. It's starting to get cooler outside which is perfect :) I'm also going to be ordering some new seeds here soon to get a bigger variety going....thinking about BC Sweet Tooth 12 pack and a few pick and mix seeds....probably gonna be TGA Timewreck, DNA Lemon Skun, Sensi Super Skunk, and Paradise Spoetnik.

So when it's all said and done, about a 500 dollar investment....not too shabby though I got that by selling a little over an ounce of Blueberry Headband just the other day to a close relative.

Things are going great on the momma QT #1. She is starting to slowly show signs of maturity as the buds start packing on some major resin and smell as well as swell up a bit more since the last update 6 days ago. QT#1 Clone 1 (the 1 gallon plant) is showing so much resin that the leaves are curling up like taco shells....This shitty cell phone camera does a complete asshole job at showing detail....in reality both plants are covered in sticky smelly trichomes. QT# 2 momma is also doing great (she is the plant that has 3 big fat colas and some side branch ones) and is starting to really thrown on resin. I added another 2 plants since last weeks update; QT #1 Clone 3 is in a 5 gallon pot and QT #2 Clone 2 is in a 2 gallon pot. Querkle is still doing great and is starting to really show how much bud can be packed in between such short internodes....starting to throw on resin as well and she is a real stinky plant!!

I've got the mother keeper (vegg tent) outfitted with a 4 foot fixture with 4 x 50watt T5 bulbs...2 of them 2500k and 2 of them 5000k. And i bought the tent separately from the light fixture....I've had the T5 fixture ever since I first started growing about 6 years ago. Hahaha, most of my stuff was a work in progress, but I think I finally got everything set like I want it....can't really upgrade much more.

On that note I got my 3rd light reflector in today as well as my new Lumatek 600watt digital ballast and Lumatek 600watt digital bulb.....this light will be replacing the 3rd light in my tent right now which is a 400watt magnetic ballast fired light in a Euro (super tiny) reflector.

So the Flowering Tent final configuration is 2 x 400watt HPS in Airflow Reflectors and 1 x 600watt HPS in SunWing 6 reflector. All 3 lights being cooled by 6" 435CFM fan in exhaust any trapped heat in my tent as well VIA a carbon air filter set up top in the tent. And another 435CFM fan for intake to keep things nice and cool, which isn't a problem anymore now that temps here are turning cool finally.

Right now I got 5 bushy plants in 5 gallon pots and 2 smaller plants in 2 gallon pots. Gonna be adding in another 2 gallon pot plant here soon. I have enough room for probably another 5 gallon plant now that i got this huge new light in there....light is nice and bright all over the tent now.

Shoot son i forgot to put my blueberry smoke report up like I promised LOL. Sorry guys....I think I got about 5 grams or so left so ill try to go out and take a few pictures and get a smoke report posted up. That shit sold like wildfire and i smoked the hell out of it as well LOL. Great stuff. I say Blueberry Headband over The Church any day of the week. The Church was just so-so....and this is the 2nd time I have grown it if that tells you anything. The blueberry phenotype I had was a slow flowering one, but it did pay off in the end. I think Church yielded like 3 ounces or so......and Blueberry was 5.5 ounces. Well worth the 2 extra weeks. And Blueberry had no mold whatsoever on it, while Church had a little bit in the center of the biggest buds....real let down on it, which is why I am not doing a smoke report. I'd classify The Church as just mediocre head change, while Blueberry Headband was definitely medicinal (relieved pain and hand tremors) in my opinion.

Got a chance to get a few pictures of the Qrazy Train #1 and the clone #1 of her(1 gallon pot). Horribly blurry closeups due to iphone 3G crappy 2.0mp camera, lol.

The momma #1 still has white hairs on the tops, but further down the buds the hairs are mostly orange...took a few samples off to put under the microscope and turned out trichomes are about 30% clear 70% cloudy.....getting there :) And I retract from my stupid idea of starting the flowering day count from the first day I see pistils.....retarded idea and too confusing....I started Qrazy Train #1 on 12/12 August 19th....so by that count she is on day 54 of flowering which is right on track with the 8 week flowering time. I'm gonna let her go probably another good 7 days and make it 60-63 days just to get some nice fat buds and good mature resin.

The Clone #1 is doing AWESOME as you can sort of see in the picture....the leaves are curling up from the enormous amount of resin all the way out to the tips of the leaves, hahaha. She is only 4-5 days behind the momma, so harvest is gonna be awesome here in a week or two!
