So far so good. When are you planning on flipping? How old are they being 11 inches tall and 22 inches wide? I will take a stop by your journal after this post. I will try that, to bury the stem as much as possible, and see what happens![]()
Cool, thanks. Will definitely be doing some experimenting with other lights in the near future, I would like to get a 2nd tent.
Also, never have heard about the gas lantern routine. I see you say it keeps the plant in veg and also makes it grow slower. What do you feel is the benefit of using that method?
It's crazy, they are getting large and packed tight even since the last photo, seems like they grow a hell of a lot every single day. On my ballast, do you think it is alright that I switch from the 1000W setting to the 1000W Boost? Not sure what it means but I figure more light. I will post some more photos later!
As far as flipping, with how big they're getting, I might give it another week. I would like to go at least another 2 weeks, but these ladies are just growing up so FAST
It is popular because it is simple elementary Geology. Farmers in the desert been doing it along time. Nature does it all the time. Salt hurts microbes. But I'm not gonna explain it to you since you already know everything. This is your second grow? I have tested it. More than once and since you felt the need to ask how to germinate a seed and how far your light should be, you obviously have not. Regarding soil, proper OLS> reg nutes. Its not even close. Not an opinion. It is fact. Before your a smart ass know what your talking about when someone gives advice.
Don't ask how to germinate a seed then turn around and act like you know everything.
Simple univ of arizona write up. But any elementary science class will teach you this. The reason "flushing is popular on forums" is because it works and serves a variety of purposes.

@420PyRoS Thanks bro, I am torn on whether to flip or not each day LOL!! I have topped some of them to keep height down. Not really LSTing like I said I would because there really is just not much room, they are already a bushy plant to begin with.
THANKS TO EVERYONE! I have officially decided if these ladies are only going to double in size come flower time, I will let them get bigger - as close to 2 foot tall as I can get without getting too anxious and flipping.
