6 inch plant budded, now what?

I had a 3 inch clone given to me 2.5 months ago in the bottom of a 2 liter soda bottle. I left it outside, and forgot about it. It didn't grow, became stunted, became dry, and suffered from barely any soil. Then one month ago I repotted it and watered it properly.

Now here is the problem.... I still have no idea what I am doing, the plant is 6 inches tall, and I think it is budding. I am not sure what a bud looks like to be honest. The reason I think it is budding is because there is only 11.5 hours of sunlight now.

What should I do? Again the plant is only 6 inches tall

Should I cut off the buds because the plant will not support flowering now and give it more light to induce vegetative growth?

Should I give it longer artificial light periods, let the budding stop, and veg it?

Let it go, leave it outside, and let it bud?

Harvest it because I've read that once over 50% of the "white strings" turn brown it is ready to chop?

Can I take a cutting from it? All the 4 "shoots" have the "buds" on top of it.

finish it but its a long road back if you want to clone it...
Start over fresh with a new seed after that one is dead

Ok, see how it has those two little nugz left on the bottom?

Only harvest the topnug, and leave the bottom two there.
Bring her inside.
Get a "Daylight" CFL. It costs $2 from wal-mart. The color is primarily blue in hue and the temperature is 5000K+.
If you don't have a timer, get one too. It's $5 at wal-mart.
Put the twobudplant on a 18on/6off light schedule.
Continue to re-veg untill each fan leaf has at least 5 blades.

Sounds like a plan. I've been going through the forums and some say you can not re veg a plant. What are your thoughts on this opinion?

get nothing, give it water when its dry and let it go.
When the pods swell up and 80% hairs turn brown (and the plant get an orange aura) chop the leaves off, cut the plant at its base and hang it to dry.
When the stem snaps when bent its dry enough to be cured - put it in a mason jar and open the jar for 5 minutes every day for 2 weeks.

Then you can smoke it :)

Should I cut off the buds because the plant will not support flowering now and give it more light to induce vegetative growth? Don't ever cut shit if you don't have to. Let the buds bloom out for a while you might get some good shit.

Should I give it longer artificial light periods, let the budding stop, and veg it? It's a long way to get that sucker to veg out and then grow out and then bloom out. fuck you could be at it for 6 months.

Let it go, leave it outside, and let it bud? Yup.

Harvest it because I've read that once over 50% of the "white strings" turn brown it is ready to chop? That's one way to harvest, you may find you are off target by a week or two if you use that method.

You usually want to take cuttings to preserve genetics, does your plant have qualities that you want to preserve? You could back out to veg, veg out, take cuttings and plant yourself a respectable garden. The seasons are changing now and its late for starting.

Def. finish it. It will continue to bloom for quite a while and you might get some grams off of her. You may want to finish her bring her inside and keep her until next grow season then veg her out and clone her and do a proper garden.

^Agreed, cloning during flowering, is totally do-able, BUT, looking at those very 'woody' stems, I'm doubting that you'll get any of them to take root, and if so, it'll take a very long time. If you want to save the strain, let it mature, trim some of the buds off, them reveg it(light hours between 18-24 per day), or, reveg it now, then take fresh cuttings from the new growth. They'll take root much faster. Personally, I'd let it mature and try it, after waiting all this time.lol Also, make sure that you leave some small buds on the lower branches, becuase that's where the new growth will start. No buds = no growth.lol Cut the whole main top off, and cut off the bigger lower buds, then reveg it, if you choose to save the strain. Also, after you get your cuttings, you can throw it back into flowering, and harvest it a second time.

those buds are not by any means done. let them go longer and dont pay any attention to the hairs changing color it means absolutly nothing, get magnified and start checking out the trichs, every strain is diff but generally speaking when theyre about 50% cloudy then harvest. then this may seem like common sense but itll look done when its done, dont rush it. I'd start fresh w/ a new plant if u want a good clone
