My plants seem to be retarded or something they dont grow right seems slow and small HELP?

Weak stems? You need a fan GENTLY blowing across the babies. That will stress the lil' buggers and strengthen the stems.
If they start to fall over, get some of those cheap picnic forks. Put the handles into the soil/medium and prop the stems up inbetween the tines. Be careful that the fork doesn't snap back and break the plant.
