If you can't find weed at a college then you simply aren't looking. Hell, even when I wasnt looking for weed in college I found it.

You'd be surprised... Last week between my 5 dealers and about 10 of everybody else's, only 1 was available and I had to trek 5 miles for it. That was an extreme example though, I've had other days where I've called from school, stepped out in my lunchbreak and been back within 5 minutes. *shrug* I think by saying 'once you're out of college, you can't buy weed 'he means you become more suspicious. You're no longer 'some kid looking for pot'. You're some MAN or some WOMAN (though less conspicuous, I prefer being casual about draw in public, paranoia is stressful) who could be a police officer. I think officers hiding in a car are more of a worry than plain clothes though. But every police officer I've ever discussed weed with, I've done it calmly and politely and intelligently, so they're cool with me. Act like a criminal with something to hide or get aggressive, and that is exactly how they will treat you.
