Different system designs require different degrees of bubble action. If all you want to do is oxygenate the water it might be enough. Try it and if it isn't you can add a second. It is a good pump, I use it for a single tote dwc.

I have read so many differnt opinions on the ammont of Air required for the 5 gallon DWC buckets , im starting to think this 600 GPH / 38 LPM pump is not powerfull enough to feed 10 air stones in 10 differnt 5 gallon buckets .. Hmmm hehe i guess i could just try it out an dlook at how much bubbles i get

I called discount hydro and they said the unit could supply between 12-16 units which i feel is definatley impossible if what ive read on the forums is correct. Or some people just like alot more bubbles than what the hydro shop suggested. I rigged up one of the pumps to a 8 bucket air manifold , ill try that soon. But im not having doubt the 600 gph air pump can even do 8 buckets : ( ill probably have to go out and get some stronger ones.

Hmm i say that then i find a new grow journal where they supplied 12 x 5 gal DWC buckets with 2 GH Dual Diaphram pumps , those pumps are only 320 GPH. I have two 600 GPH pumps , if it worked for him then i assume my 1200 GPH compared to his 640 GPH i should be able to do 18 ish buckets easily if he did 12 with 640.

Anything thinking that makes sense ?
