$600 setup help

Im looking for a $600 dollar setup that includes shipping to California or somehere in South East Asia. Any leads? I've looked up htg already and prices seems to be steep? Should I go for Alibaba or Ebay to get the China made ones?

Just a heads up that the fan pictured in that ad will not push enough air to go through that carbon filter.
