600 watt 5 site aero tub grow.

I have a 325 cu. Ft tent. A 600 watt light. A homemade aero tub. I am limited to 5 plants.

I intend to train the plants onto a 4x4 table and flower once I fill that space.

I have a cheap 240 cu.ft duct fan that will draw air through a phresh filter. I'm going with a passive intake that will come from another room. I will be running air through my light from my intake room and out to my exhaust room.

The plan was to use 5 blue kripple strain due to its high yield. However only 3 seeds were viable and I may use 2 of the 3 freebies which are liberty haze, pineapple chunk, and critical kush. Or I may clone.

I certainly would appreciate any opinions from anyone.

My concerns right now are whether the exhaust fan will be good enough. Whether it's gonna be okay to mix strains in the same tub and resevoir.
If this idea of training the plants will work as I have not seen it done anywhere.
Doing an add to method for the res or whether to change the res all the time because I have to bring water in.
Whether I need to get a chiller for the res in the summer time.

Thanks for reading this and feel free to comment or opine. More info and ideas the merrier.

What do you think of the little guy in the back? I'm thinking if I put it into a bigger cube I will put some loose Rockwood around the stem?20160411_023255.jpg

Just micro grow and bloom. Do you have recommendedations? I have heard alot of ppl say it's not necessary. Although I'm wondering about silica since I'm training them horizontally

I'm new to hydro as well on my first run with dwc never grew in hydro just soil my roots were nute stained thought it was rot so I got the hydro guard doubled my roots in 2 days deff a must have. running technaflora recipe for success with hydro guard and hiesnberg tea 400-500 ppm and they love it 3 diff strains blue dream holy grail and mob the bennies are great the plants love it

Yep botanicare hydroguard it will prevent brown slime algee which love low light conditions and live 60-80 degree water this stuff will also prevent a lot of other disease's from what I've read and hiesnburg tea has the main ingredient in hydroguard with a few other micro organisms that basicly form a Lil army that protects your roots it also has a fungi that make your roots take in nutes more efficiently so you can use less and get the same results there is a thread on here with the tea recepe search highsenburg tea or compost tea a lot of good info on it help me out a lot just started hydro but I think its probably one of the best things I've read yet

Got the light vented. Pumping in air with a 240 piece of shit duct fan. Drawing out air with a 240 pos. But I have a 400 cfm coming as well as a phresh filter

Nice that be a lot better what are your temps inside and with areo is there a resavore that holds ur nutes an water if so what is the temps of that make sure to keep a log of temps thought out the day like right before lights go on and go off see what the range is a pool thermometer will work there like 3 bucks

Got temps down to 80 with light vented. About to add an oscillating fan. I'm running 24 hours on. The res is around 70 . 7 gallons right now

Added a fan. If the temp is that high now I guess I'm gonna have to bite the bullet and get an ac asap. It's not even that hot yet.

Check out this seedling. I hope you can see it zoomed in. The stem is like crimped or something. It's not doing so well. I want to tape it or something. It's still growing though. New roots coming out of rockwool...

It's saturated but the other two are as well. They are looking good. This one had the seed case stuck onbit. i had to remove it. Then there w as still a film on it holding the cotyledon together. I had to delicately remove it. It started off bad.

Oh I mean it looks like its damping off which means the cubes way to wet let it dry out sum or root rot will set in damping off then root rot or stem rot then death letting them dry up won't hurt them its better when there small to not over water them but herd not to do I know I just made that mistake with my critical kush and have to clone it to save the strain
