Ladies are gettin biggggggg. Of the 6 seeds I started germinating the 3 bomberry have popped and non of the dutch treat have popped yet, maybe their shells are thicker or something. Got my inline fan and carbon filter installed and mannn was it a pain. That carbon filter is 30 damn pounds. One thing I forgot to mention the other day is I accidentally tried fixing a bent top and it snapped off soooo I'm hopeing for 2 big buds off it. The tall one I bent recovered fast and is still too damn tall but more manageable. Ill post pics this weekend shits about to start happenin now.

Planted the 3 bomberry. Of the 3 dutch treat 2 cracked shells but I couldn't see the taproot still, I'm guessing they'll be ready tommorow morning. The fan and filters workin like a champ, a little louder but its all worth it, ladies are still sleepin pics to come tommoro.

Sounds like you're rolling along quite well. Carbon weighs a ton huh?

Collective rules differ state to state and county to county. For the most part in California you can have up to a 3 man collective grow. This doesn't mean you can collect scripts and grow a ton of plants for other people - each person must personally contribute to the grow.

Can't wait to see some pics.

Yea 30lb carbon filter rated at 650cfm. No such thing as too big I hope haha. What's the patient limit per person and plant limit and how much dried weight can you have?

In a collective each person grows their allotted amount of plants. So if plant limit where you are is 6 mature and you and your two buddies had a collective then you could collectively grow 18 plants.

This is straight from my counties website -

COLLECTIVE / COOPERATIVE GUIDELINES
Qualified patients and/or primary caregivers are allowed under California law to “associate . . . in order collectively or cooperatively to cultivate marijuana for medical purposes.” No other definition is given and may lead to confusion as to what is allowed. In ***** County, the following are our guidelines to avoid conflict:

• Do document each “member” of the collective/cooperative along with their recommendations and contact information and keep documents on site or reasonably available.

• Do document each member’s contribution of labor and resources to the collective/cooperative. Each member must actively participate in the cultivation. The collective/cooperative grow must not merely grow for absentee qualified patients.

• Do not grow more collectively/cooperatively than the sum of each members’ total recommended needs.

• Do not distribute marijuana to anyone at all outside of the collective/cooperative.

ok so caregivers with multiple patients aren't allowed to grow collectively? Like say me n u lived together and has w patients each could we grow 36 plants each or are caregivers not allowed to grow collectively

3 bomberrys are in cups I'm waitin for em to pop up, 2 dutchtreats are goin into there cups in 2 seconds and 1 dutch treat hasn't popped yet and its been 4 days...I pray to god for the 5050 ratio so I can get some fruity dutch treat indica

You're making me want to go order more seeds - stop it! :)

Being a legitimate caregiver is actually pretty tricky. In my county you can be a caregiver for up to 3 patients but no more so I have a feeling that if multiple caregivers got together for a huge grow that they would get a bit pissy about it. Doesn't mean it is technically against the rules but it might be the difference between them trying to prosecute and just leaving it alone.

in alpine township just south of me in grand rapids, the law is only 1 caregiver per household and it is a full time job, not sure what that means. and there are no collectives or dispensaries. if more than 3 people are sitting and medicating it is considered a dispensary and u can be ticketed for it. so its diff in every county here and township. research 1st before u move i guess. good luck with that.

Yeah, in most states a caregiver is someone who provides care and is completely unrelated to MMJ. Caregivers have the power to obtain and distribute medication to the person they are already giving care to and thus are able to dispense MMJ to the person they are giving care to. Caregiver is not traditionally a MMJ term like it is used so readily on rollitup as.

Definitely do your local research. I did mine the best I could and even then things slip past. Just found out the lease I just signed is for a property in a medical marijuana free zone... DOH! Turns out this just means I am not supposed to smoke it on the street/outside my residence but still - wish I had known that beforehand.

Look good for week 3/4. Pretty sativa heavy judging by the leaves, so they will probably need longer than 8 weeks.

Flipped a day apart from each other and they all look to be at the same stage, same health, same size... I suggest we both pat ourselves on the back and assume we will both have a great yield. :) Uhg, just need to wait another 4+ weeks to find out.
