Hello guys, so after I have been doing my micro grow in pc box, I have decided to go big this time. Since I am not a professional grower and I may be doing some mistakes, so as well, I would appreciate if someone has something to tell me, that I am doing wrong.

So the stats of my growth are:
4x4 grow tent,
4'' carbon filter and in line ventilator,
6'' cool tube,
600w HPS bulb for flowering,
250w HPS for vegetating,
14L pots,
8-10 (depending on the space) White Widow plants
Bio Grow
Top Max
Bio Bloom
General hydroponics PH down(because water ph in my area is 8.5)
So far, I have almost everything, that is required for the growth, except for the fan, having problems with choosing one,
does anyone have any idea which one would be the best to choose? I have some options.

It was really weird germinating process, it took a long time, I had to wait for 1.5 days to drown them all, waited 1 day in cup, then 3 days in a paper towel, and got this result


So after asking on forum, I was advised to put them straight into soil, so I did, and now few days later, there is a result, that 6 of them are coming out, but there is still hope, that the last 4 start growing.

Stay tuned for more, I will try to be posting pictures twice a week, so I can not only entertain You guys, but as well get some feedback.

Looks good. 6 plants will fill that tent big time. Why don't you use the fan you've got on your inline filter? Fit the filter to the light, and put the fan outside.

I got some cheap pieces of wood trim and cut them to fit between the poles. wrapped some solid core wire around the poles ( to hold the trim in the center) and put zip ties through drilled holes in the trim to keep my tent from sucking in with just a 6inch booster fan.

hey man, 4" fan cools my 600w cool tube made for 6" just fine, might grab 6" stuff when they start stinking but for veg it circulates fine and keeps bulb cool.

it looks like your light may be off centered and to far away- it may just be the photo but it looks like your sprout it REALLY tall and bending to the light. i'd try to find a way to get it closer and centered over all the pots.. good luck with the grow- i subscribed and will be watching.

The lights are like that, because it is for the picture, normally they almost touch the flowers, but as well, since it is in the tube, from a short distance it doesn't cover so much space and that is the reason they are stretching, anyways after they will go to other pots, I will cover the overstretched part.

Howdy fellas, few more days have passed since my last update, I have been trying to make it work with CFL, but unfortunately it did not, they plants just keep growing taller and that's it, and since it's cold here, I needed to use a lot of heating to heat up the room(which is freaking expensive here), so the plants wouldn't be cold. Instead I have decided, that I will put my 600w HPS to work earlier. As well, made some changes and bought some new things.
1) Found a nice fan in the local shop

2) Changed the plastic bath in the tent, I had 100x100, changed it for a very little amount of money for 120x120, now it fits my tent perfectly.

Today,there are 9 plants, that came out, and I am very happy about it, since I have exactly allocated space for 9 of them, bought the pots, bought the soil, WIN!WIN!WIN!
Here are two more of their pictures on how are they doing!
So they look healthy to me today, they will get better with days passing, the only problem is to keep humidity levels to the norm, but towels are doing a great job here.

Howdy fellas, another update from my growth, it seems that plants are doing well, just having some issues with temperature, it is increasing to 28-29 degrees, probably going to buy a new inline fan with 6'' diameter and clima control in order to avoid those issues in the future. As well, started to use fertilizers today, let's see how it is going to go.
Have a question though, how to determine, when it is the time to plant them into larger pots?

i usually look for roots at the drainage holes. that is when i know i have a week or so until i HAVE to up can them. but i usually am working with clones, not seedlings, so it might be a little different on the time frame there.

ps : i use my windows picture viewer to turn pics before posting them.

Sorry for not having any status updates for some time, had exams and since its december, so it is very busy at work and totally forgot about it, but here it comes now!


As you guys can see, few plants have green leaves on them, but they are falling down now, and I hope, that hey will fall down soon and won't drain energy from the plant.
the temperature these days was stable, around 25-27 during the day and around 18-20 during the few last hours of plants night.
Think, that very soon, I will need to put on a net and start training them, or maybe some people think, that I should be doing this right away ?
