600w small space

hi, i am new here and doing my first grow in a 2.5 ft wide by 1.6 ft deep by 6 ft high i have a 164 cfm 5" fan, 5" air cooled hood 600w digital ballast and a 600w dual spec bulb, there are lots of twists and turns in the ducting, do you think i would be ok to have 1-2 plants in a scrog, and do you think temps will be ok, thanks.

I am using a 400 in twice that size with a fan that is double yours and I can still get to 80+, so I think your going to really think it out to keep heat being a issue.

yes thats a very small space for HID ballast and light bulb. Big fire hazard let alone temps being high 80's/low 90's if you were to do it. Then your plants would just get burnt. get a bunch of 40w cfls about 4-6 for 2 plants they dont need an HID setup for vegatative growth. till you need to flower you can figure out a different place to put your 600w ballast and bulb. Or even find a safe secluded place you can put them outside for next season.
