7 day old cutting look like they're dead?

Thats a little more pale than i like to see but yes, they can get that bad but if you already got roots coming in they will probably make it.

Nope they havnt got roots yet well u can't see any out the bottom.. do you think it would be best to close the vents again? It says on instructions that come with propagator to open them from day 4.. which I did do

They will be alright. I always find a good portion of my fastest rooting cuttings are slightly paler than the rest. As long as you have humidity and the cuttings arent wilted, you should be okay. Expect roots soon!

I built myself an aero cloner . . . And I will never go back to traditional cloning methods. You could teach a 6 year old to make clones with it with near 95% survival rate. Cost about $50.
i built an aero cloner but the roots kept getting infections so i went back to using either rockwool cubes or jiffy pellets.

I keep watering them them every day mate but yeah they do seem to keep going dry..

On the Rapid Rooter bag it says keep 1/4 inch water in the tray I do all the time and I never have to worry cuz they self water, can't let them dry out at all Vinny!

Also for best results I make sure that clone is getting 6 or 8 hours of solid dark, roots grow best in the dark!
