Not much to say about the tent grow. All seems to be going fine inside with no new issues popping up. Malawi is looking silvery and fattening up nicely, Golden Tiger is also reflowering very nicely. I did some colas shots and minus the rust look on some leaves, the nuggs are looking good. Killer A5 Haze is still lagging in comparison to everyone else in fattening up. My last attempt at growing her saw her get thick and pretty fast. So I really wonder what of the 4 phototypes I got.

The Malawi is good smoke. Very energetic buzz. Excellent smoke for days when you have to be on point

So my main stem on my Golden Tiger has split weeks ago and taped her up. Might of noticed her sort of leaning one way and it was because of the weight that cause my stem to split again. So out came the tape and patched her back up, and out came my VR yo-yos to support my limbs by removing a good chunk of the weight. Had a few more yo-yos and sured up a few of her limbs as well. Everyone is really starting to look chunky but I’m seeing new white pistils showing on everyone, especially on Golden Tiger and Malawi. The smell though is getting incredible

Outside I kinda overdid-it with my wpm solution and burned some leaves and sadly buds. Some a little brown and worried some might mold on me and were plucked. I did a bad number on especially my Blue Cindy and hopefully I‘m good overall for harvest :( everyone got a watering yesterday but next time I think I’ll throw some Epsom salt and PK into the mix. Like the tent, smell is getting amazing (again, sorry neighbours) and getting chunky too. Mac and C99 are maybe a little less developed in comparison but the pink/light purple pistils are returning on the Mac. So the plants look. Little like they are full ps wpm but it’s just me and my overdose of solution to keep it at bay. . . . I think it’s working. Sorry for my dog’s ass

I’ve grown several “landrace” type strains and almost all grew fresh pistils late in flowering. My Malawi plants did not do that.

id tried growing Malawi last year before personal issues happened. I just remember her really getting chunky before all went to hell. Today was start of week 10 of 12/12 or less lighting. Last Golden Tiger went 18.5w and that was at 12/12 and then 11/13 for the 2nd half of flowering. Made that switch earlier this time around and wonder if I’ll finish earlier this time. for sure getting fat, smelling good and getting frosty

Here are some pics of my Malawi from RSC,
I also grew Malawi from a different breeder but can’t for the life of me remember their name. The ones from real seed company are from AfroPits.
Feel free to delete these if you wanna keep your journal clean, no worries man

Yesterday was watering day for everyone, and that included a bit of epsom salt too. All looked happy this morning and my gawd are they getting fat in there and smelling wonderful. The replace GTxP in the middle is in the midst of another swelling. Also found another yo-yo in my tent to help my Golden Tiger even more with the weight. Still some low hanging limbs but look in overall good health. You can see it sort of in the cola shots provided, lots of pictures and multiple posts are gonna be needed for both inside/out.

Outside just went yellow on me in the past 2 days, ans I fed them good 3 days go. Although we have also had some colder single degree Celsius nights and could also be a factor in that. My burn mark are really showing on the leaves and have started to remove what I think has way too much damage, and some buds sites too. Just a few small buds from the colas were removed on Blue Cindy but my gawd she smells amazing. She is building some rock solid buds that smells just like the sour blueberry sweet tart candies. She’s growing much like my first tent grow of her, and I’ll just get fatter in the coming weeks. Hoping in 2-3 weeks I’ll finally be able harvest one of them gals outside, with Banana Kush Cake being my most likely candidate. Some here’s part one of the pics

wondered how long to flower it for you? In a tent or outdoors?
The n5 haze looks good too, nice grow!
In my journal I think it said 10 weeks or so but my second run it went 15... but I’m almost positive it has been crossed with something or carefully worked over by afropips.... I would grow it again. Rasoli, Manipuri I would not.... flowering times were way to long, the high was really good but that flowering time is awful and they aren’t stable... it tells you in so many words that they aren’t stable

Ok so another watering yesterday for the tent. Holy shit is the stink strong in the tent. I really don’t notice it until after I have opened my tent and have come down with the first watering can. Everyone is just frosting up nicely. The Golden Tiger x Panama plants are both starting to reflowering a bit again but swelling with little fox tailing here and there. Malawi though is looking almost shiny at this point ans noticing it starting to swell again as well. Overall. . . .I’m happy, but

Now for that BUT in all this. I had to sadly remove a couple mouldy buds on my Blue Cindy because of my wpm solution I did last week and that’s appeared again too. The other bud you can kind of see on the top cola of my Banana Kush Cake in todays pic. That’s how I found it and was removed when I went out to play with the dogs again. I have also found 4-6 leaves of my Slurricane and Mac with the start of wpm but quickly removed and hopefully won’t be an issue. Blackberry Moonrocks looked real yellow and removed a chunk of them before todays pic. So here’s hoping we have some smoother growing going forward, as the weather is gonna be nice and dry.

Not much to report for the tent. Gave a watering with some Epsom Salt yesterday and all look happy today. I think my Malawi and Golden Tiger x Panama replacement in the front middle are getting close. Can see new green growth ready to swell on the GTxP very soon too I think. Still love the stink that comes out though. I’m getting close for some, I can feel it. Although that Golden Tiger might go longer then my previous one at 18.5w with the way it keeps reflowering.

I’m a bit nervous with my outdoor gals as I removed more mouldy buds off my Blue Cindy and Banana Kush Cake sadly. Now we are expecting to get. The BKC limbs are all over the place too with a few windy nights we’ve had the past 2-3 nights. Some of the heavier top colas bent the limbs like being super cropped. I have a bud from the plant drying off on the side in my kitchen because of the mould and snapped off on its own. Hopefully be dry enough by Saturday to give her a try. From health issues it has had, I might be harvest it in a week or so. (Just to be safe) Bit warm next week with some humidity creeping back in and hope that doesn’t create more issues for me. Sadly the wpm has started to appear on my MAC(k) after being clean/clear any real health issues. So today I did my best and started trimming leaves that were looking brown and worried of getting to my buds. So I trimmed here and there and is sort of putting my mind at rest a bit in the worrying department. So cross your fingers folks for these final weeks

Outside, oh outside. This week we are seeing well above temps, humidity but thankfully no rain until Friday. Sadly I’ve chopped 5-6 good chunky buds off my Banana Kush Cake over the past 2 days. Can kinda see where with the picture provided for 2 of the, on the big colas on the top. So with the weather being hot, muggy and with the rain coming Friday. I think to play it safe then sorry, Banana Kush Cake will get the chop on Wednesday (since I work tomorrow) and return with a smoke report on Thursday or Friday. She isn’t that far off from finishing, still fattening but is super sticky. Sadly wpm is now showing on my MAC but thankfully just very faintly on it. My Slurricane though has become a graveyard for many tiny flies and will need to be washed greatly when the time comes. Speaking of that rain on Friday, I better figure something out to hopefully protect them from more potential rot. So again, fingers cross folks, fingers crossed.

Well Banana Kush Cake is down and freeze drying as we speak, well most of it. She smells yummy, like a banana loaf with a hint of vanilla in the mix. I was expecting with all the rot (more so when harvesting today) to get roughly 500-700g of just wet bud. Well after the harvest I gave them a bud wash first and they needed it badly, but also find the trichomes are less damaged going through the TrimPro. Turns out that my plant gave me, even with all the rotten buds removed, 1500g of wet bud. My 4 trays are completely jammed with buds, which is roughly 1000g, and probably have a tray and half more sitting in a paper bag in my freezer. Might be able to squeeze her in on one of the tent harvests (will be watering them soon) but who knows when that will happen, well maybe soon. So for those wondering, it took me roughly 3hrs to completely cut, wash and trim the plant before the freeze dryer. This in the fucking hot October sun (that can’t be right) and playing ball boy for the pup. God he has a ton of energy and is ball obsessed. So hopefully outdoor/tent picture update and a smoke report coming tomorrow.

Well the freeze dryer took much longer than usual. Started the process on Wednesday around 3pm and didn’t finish drying until 7am this morning. Also been sick as a dog ever since I took down the plant but think it’s mostly allergies. So when they finished this morning, I threw them into a cardboard box to regain some moisture and just finish jarring. So I don’t know how accurate the readings are but looks like I’m at 244g dried and with more to come. Took 9 full jars for everyone and I’m now thinking of grabbing some grove bags for the future harvests. I had to move all my outdoor gals for shelter because of the rain and colder temps coming back. I moved my Slurricane first and split the main stem a good foot down the middle. So I was left with my dogs and myself holding it together and then I MacGyver‘d it back together first with my green foam wire until it stood on its own. Then I went inside and duct taped the hell out of it afterwards. The only real hiccup in the moving process. My gawd I didn’t realize how big these plants are until they were moved. Sadly found more rotted bud and we’re removed before covering everyone with a tarp. So I don’t have pictures of that yet, but will try later. The tent I think has 2 potential plants for harvesting and will see how I feel he might take down my Malawi or my GTxP replacement seed plant. So the pics aren’t the greatest because I used my iPad but enjoy nevertheless
