7 Weeks Flower Adding UV Lights

Ok i am a newbie, second grow and ofcourse this is just a story, i don't really grow, or use it for med. purpose!
ok, so 7 weeks into flower, have a mix of bubba cush, choc. chunk, and they are looking ok but i have read that to add trics uv light will help so i bought 2 lights 0ne is a 100, i will add them today for the first day of the end of the grow and see if this will help increase the thc...will keep it updated to se if this will help. these girls are soil under 400 hps.

I don't get it, How are you going to tell if this is your first grow?

Second thing, my understanding is UV lighting develops more trichomes during the growing stage. You're about done.

You would be way better off with 1 600wHPS then 1 400wHPS + 200wUV.
UV lighting is a theory under trial. Forget about it untill the jury comes back.
Your more then likely just adding heat and diminishing your yeild now that the plant has to fight UV rays.

yes that is what i want....see the plant makes the trics to protect the plant from heat, pests and other elements, it is all about protecting itself from dying off with out protecting it seed/flower and it does so by the trics as they reflect the light to produce more thc where it is stored in the trics!

THC, UVB and Me

They theory is that UVB rays have a direct effect on the generation of cannibinoids in the head of the trichome.
