hi can anyone tell me the distance to keep my mars 700 watt led light from the top of my plants in my 3x3x6 grow tent. from seedling to vegging to flowering. ps I have 4 plants thanks

How much wattage does it actually pull from the wall. 700?? I doubt it but let us know.

I would start at 3' above and let the plants gradually grow up to the light..gotta think anything closer than 12-14" and you bleach them..seedlings don't need intense light.

Start with 30-36" away and base it off the response from the plants. Put my new black dog 400 30" away and had to raise it as the 4 plants under it are way too compact for my liking.

Mine was at 24 inches until week 5 of veg.

As they stretch the new growth gets burnt.

I am at 30" and watching new growth now.
