Gentleman Gentleman let us all chill ...Bar you are right, but you went about explaining it all wrong ( sometimes its not what you say but how you say it...Lumens are used for humans based on light we "see"..Plants don't see but more or less respond to the stectrum or PAR of the light ( like the 2700 red - flower or 5100-6500 blue veg )...but again you did not explain it as such and every thing went foul... and to answer the question get the 70 hps and then side light the plant with cfl...can't go wrong...
