70w hps+cfls...or...more cfls

Aight here it is. I need more light, my flowering box(3x2x1.5)will it get too hot, use cfls last grow, it wasn't bad, but i think iwould have yeilded more with a HPS of some magnitude.

What should i do?
1. add 70w hps to existing cfls
2.get more cfls

costs are about the same.

Add a 70 watt HPS to the existing CFL's. Nothing beats HPS in flowering

At least get a 150hps and build a diy cooltube for it. A 70 just isn't worth the money, it's just too small and costs just as much as a 150 anyway.

hps is better but that will add more heat so prob need a lil more exhaust and intake fans. id try the hps and try to get the heat down

i think the 150 will be too hot for my space.

You need a new cabinet above anything else before you should invest in a 150 (don't bother with a 70 watt hps). It needs to be higher, at least 4 feet inside.

Craigslist.

Or if you can't find any locally I have two of them I'd sell for $40 ea. I even have the glass for cooltubes. I used them one cycle before finding a deal on larger lights.
