7X7 grow room with mix of CFL bulbs

So my room is 7X7. I am going to put reflective sheet on walls and ceiling and white floor. I was planning 20 plants.
I do photography and have some nice lights that are:
2-4 bank CFL 5500K temp 32 watts each and:
2-3 bank 250watt 3200K
The 4 bank would give me 8K lumens
The 3 bank would give me 24K lumens.
I figured run the 5500k for first 3-4 weeks 18 hours per day.
then start running one of the 3200k for 4 weeks, then just 2-3 bank lights for final flower.
The nice thing is the lights have reflective umbrellas behind them and do not overspot the bulbs, i figure lights 12 inches above plants.
Any input?
PS> room not quite finished, have to figure out a way to control temp and air flow.

They are industrial lights.
I think I can use one plus the 5500K for grow, and one MH and the 3200k to lower color temp for flowering.
Are these very hot?
Should I run some kind of auto exhaust fan at 80 degrees?
outdoor garage.

less is better imo. i run a 8x8 tent and will only grow 8 plants at a time but it depends on what your growing in how long you veg etc. I veg for 4 weeks then pop em into power growers. I would'nt grow more than 12 plants in my tent thats 8x8 but again it really depends on how big your growing your plants and what your growing them in container size.

I understand using what we have on hand, but I would invest in a real light setup. That's an awful large space for such light light. Plus, what happens when when you need those lights for your photography? Now your plants are being neglected. To keep costs low, I would look into fluorescent tube lights.

yea thats not a lot of light at all for such a large space. good idea to use flouro tubes if youre trying to keep cost down, you could fill that room up with shop lights and get good yields with a scrog. 7x7 kinda sucks for the shop lights cause you cant use 8 footers. im not sure if they make 6 footers but if anything you could use 4ft tubes and stagger them.
