8 23watt cfl indoor noobie grow

2 days ago, i added 4 more 23watt cfls to my grow cabinet. wasdealing with stunted growth. i still am a lil. some of my babies took off since being transplanted into gal. pots. they were in styrofoam cups. 2 still are.they wont grow for shit. one is in dwc, in anticipation tht he will shoot passed the others. i notice all of them are growin roots faster than foliage and ive dealt wit yellowing lower leaves(thing of the past), a few brown tips, and heavy purpling/reddimg of stems. i have 8 plants left out of 20something seeds planted. all were planted within the week of may 2nd. so their betwwen 6 and 7 weeks old... they wont stretchout either. any suggestions willl be greatlly appreciated.
theone in the green pot is 1 monthe and 3wks old. the others are a few days behind him.

those pics are a couple days old. there are 8 cfls now( the4 in the middle and 2 on each side). still not ènough,huh? im saving for the mh/hps set-up. probaly works out for the best for me...i can grow them slow and LST them to be bushy until i get my other lights. p.s.i forgot about the two 4' t8's ihave mouted at the top( not in the pic).
Any advice one purplimg stems??? most main stems are ok, the ones branching off of them are a deep purple/red.

i dont know wht to do... i have 7 plants in veg and not enough light. i dnt want to throw any away because i dont know which is going to be some good shit.they all are bagseed. and when i rub the stems, some are more potent than others. i was thinking of keeping them growing slow in veg and flowering one at a time. i have an 8th one flowereing now. so many choices, only one can utilize my time the best.

in veg u can get by with low light for a while and theyll just pretty much stay where thay are. flower is where ya gotta have more. im a cfl grower and have 700 act watts on top, sides and all over. i get 3-4 oz dry per girl. i use the 26w bulbs with tubes also

Sweet! I have 180watts in veg and about the same in flower. gotta get more fixtures so i can add bulbs. but im jus experimenting with flower right now. im tryna dial in my nutes and learn the grow part first. saving for an hps for flower. check out my journal.

Seriously get plants closer to your lights, and DOUBLE your number of lights...
Put a "T" splitter in each socket, and another lamp for each "T"...low cost...
You need twice the light NOW, and more later...add as you can afford!
