8 INCH PLANT WITH BUDDS Any advice

So i stunted this baby girl a few months ago. I actually started growing her in march dude lol.. She smells so fia. I even had her water grown for like a month and a half. I know these pictures arent the best but in description this is what she looks like. Long white pistols, at the very tips on most of them are brown. Many of the trichomes on the leaves nearest the buds are starting to deminish a little. What should i do guys...

if the top is ready pick just the top and let the rest of th eplant finish. just harvest it in sections

The bud doesn't really look ready to me, but it's really hard to tell with that blurry pic. See if your camera has a 'macro' setting (usually looks like a little flower icon), which will let you take pictures up close without the picture getting all blurry like that. Also, try to get a bright light on the plant while you're taking a picture.
