8 sided or 6 sided vertical cage design (DIY)

thought id add another design but taking full advantage of space. my room i have available is 12ft x 12ft and thats 144 square feet of growing, now with this 8 sided cage that fits nicely in my 12 x 12 is in total 2304 square feet of growing, the cage will have its own dedicated side on castor wheels so if i need to get inside for easy maintenance i just slide out one of the 8 sided cage :) as for lighting this baby up i dont know if there will be any advantages over 6 single bulbs or 6 double bulbs like in the image below, now if this is a design people will admire and think it will work i will keep updating on new ways to finish it. but for now would just 6 600w's be ok or 12 600w's?

here is a quick animation which shows how the bulbs will rotate on a cheap diy job,

I'm very interested in this. What other designs have you done? I'm working on my 3rd octagon prototype and would love to exchange ideas.

no problem at all with exchanging idea's :) be rude of me to just come on here asking questions without giving something back in return, my other design was an horizontally grow which i havent finished yet but im one of those diy guys that if it can be done cheap then cheap is always the first option lol. below is my other design but thats a seperate thread on its own.

After searching thru your posts I found those. I'm watching the kids today so I won't be able to be on my machine a whole lot but I'll put together some info to share. After doing a few typical horizontal type grows I'll be trying my 1st vertical and have several iterations I've been experimenting with.

update, i calculated the square feet wrong lol, what i did was add each cage side up so 6ftx4ft and times it by 8 which is how many sides there is and then i got 80ft in total so i halfed it and googled 40ft x 40ft in square feet lol, anyways what i should of done was 4x8 = 32 so 32ft x 6ft in square feet is 192. sorry for my terrible maths lol.
