is a cfl light of 820 lumes n 220v useful? i hav 2 of those ,n 1 slightly more powerful,are they good?

I dont think the nunber of volts matters.....

820 lumens is not very much...

if you need a decent light fro cheap, consider a 43 watt CFL..
