9 weeks.. should they go longer

I started pulling acouple branches off my plants 9 weeks into flower. But looking at them now I don't think they're ready.
I went by trichromes they are clear/milky a few amber but alot of the hairs are still white sticking up only a few are turning orange curling in. Supposed to be 7-9 week strain looks like I'm gonna go another week or 2 at least what do u guys think?

I would wate tell I get 15%amber then chop
