~90 Temps - Nothing I can do

Problem solved. Now that I've added a fan for the intake as well as the fan for the exhaust, temps are actually cooler than ambient. It's at like 77 degrees - perfect. So for future reference, two weak intake and exhaust fans is better than just one big exhaust fan.

I had a 40 CFM for exhaust and replaced it with a ~10 CFM for intake and ~25 CFM for exhaust.

Well I fired up the AC @ 7:41pm and the room temp was at 85.6 f, when I went and checked on it @ 8:26pm they were down to 77.3f and the ac is set for 75f

Oh shit, I just thought of something. Why don't you empty out your refrigerator and set it on the lowest setting and try growing in there?
But then your left with nowhere to keep your food cold.....Never mind, that's probably not as helpful as it sounded in my head...

But if you had 2 FRIDGES................

I used to have the same problems as you with heat, but had no problems as long as I kept good flow coming in and out of the room or box for that matter. I have had many successful crops at abnormally high temps. I have also read a lot of ED Rosenthal’s books and he talks a lot about temps and how they affect the plant. From what my experience has been (from growing and reading) when the room is around 95 I would keep the plants moving and this would still crop decent amounts, with no real defects, but after 100 degrees the plants would become stressed. I know it has lots to do with strain, but hey the cartels grow this shit in the desert in San Diego! A little heat isn’t going to make or break your grow!

Yea, Sativas are equatorial, so warm temperatures are a cakewalk, but indicas are more northern and southern. I'm going to try to find some sativa bag seed. Only problem is most the schwag and regulars are couch lock indicas.

I need to have my room at lower temps due to my system's not the plant's! I would dose with CO2 I just went this morning to get some more co2! It has worked with me in the past durring high heat while in soil, But now I am running hydro and with chemical nut's which are able to stand higher heat. My room will hit around 120 f this summer so I need the AC for mine.

my plants have been in 38 deegree weather in a green house in the morning. thier fine and i didnt harden off my plants . i took them into flowering in doors and put some in my little green house. purple needs 43 deegrees to get really purple. my indoor low is 55 and my high is 82. plants are very resistive i even turned them off for 24 hours becuse im going to change the lighting again. i just read that some guy leaves his plants in 3-4 days darkness before changing the light times

Yea.. I think people become waaaay to anal and sensitive about this plant. People need to realize all plants, and all things for that matter, want to LIVE. They will do everything in their power and take anything they can get to just stay alive. Plants aren't like ok screw this i'm done, like some stuck up Hollywood celeb. Yes there are ranges that will grow the best, but it's almost like theres a fear tactic being portrayed that the plant will just quit if it's not picture perfect.

It is A weed and will grow fine! The only thing is that you want to give it the optimum condions so it will produce for you.

Have read that 75 is ideal...85 is a struggle...and 90 is what i did. Not nearly as good results at the high temp.

thats a big jump in temps have you thought about running the lights at night.

i run my lights 11pm to 11 am already so nothing i can do there.

i am growing sativas in my hot room and they seem to be doing fine nice and dark green.
just finished my first week of flowering and there all showing pistols now but there massive.

i wanted to veg for 2 weeks but ended up doing almost 4 and im just starting my second week and the babys are well over 2 and a half foot.

last time i grew sativa they were about half the size of these ones when i started to flower and they ended up almost 5 foot so god knows how big these will be.

i should just point out that my temps wont be 60 for the whole dark cycle as i would t=exspect it to take a good few hrs to drop by that amount.
