I just got my rec renewed.. My doc ask me if i grow i should get the 99 plant permit. I can grow 12 immature and 6 mature plants and have 8 oz with my regular permit.. This one allows u to have unlimited amount of dry weed and up to 99 plants.. I never have over 20 plants maybe 14 clones and 6 to 8 mature plants. I harvest maybe more than 15 oz so i thought its a good idea. Is this legit.. I dont exagirate with the number of plants and dry erb. But i do go over my limit when i harvest and when i clone my plants. What do u guys think? I dont exagerate like i said, its all personal use... I seen people grow 50-80 plants, in my opinion thats way to much.. Thanks... Just want to e safe

Im sorry it says amount higher than 8oz.. It doesnt say unlimited.. And no i dont need more than what i have already.. 8 flowering plants and 2 clones of each so total 24 plants more or less.. But i do yield more than 8 oz so yeah atleat a pound of dry herb would be good. Like i said not exaggerated like 60 80 plants and 5 pounds.. What do u think.. What im doing is way personal a little over the 12 immature 6 mature and 8 oz dry erb... Thats why i think i need more.. Thanks guys...

The higher the number of plants, the higher the risk. Marijuana is still illegal on a federal level. I'd say that if you're already going over the limit, it might be worth it to look into the 99 plant permit but I would never grow more than the 20 plants you need for personal use
