9th day of flowering ??

Im not seeing a lot of movement in the plant since the first day i put them to 12/12. Only two plants have a few white hair coming out. I have four northern lights females and a 600 watt HPS. Is there a way to speed the flowering process up at all like turn the lights off for 48 hours. Im on a time limit. Any advice would be great.
