I have been using the humboldt line for a couple years now and I would never recommend using more than 50% of the lowest dosage listed on each bottle per feeding. You could probably get away with using 100% of the lowest dosage if you did feed only every other time but i prefer to feed every watering to keep things from getting confusing(ie which plants got food, and which ones got just water last watering) plus humboldt recommends to feed every watering. I have used the master a+b, the natural grow and bloom, and oneness all with great results. Right now i am using oneness and this is how i dose everything.

1 tsp oneness in veg, 2 tsp flower (since you are using the master a+b i would just use half as much of each, it will be almost equal to this)
1/2 tsp cal
1/2 tsp mag
1/3 tsp ginormous(only in flower)
1/4 tsp flavorful
1/4 tsp hum-bolt
1/2 tsp humboldt honey
1 tsp of prozyme

I personally use the sunshine #8 mix with a tbsp of dolomite lime per gallon and a cup of earthworm castings per gallon of soil, the sunshine #4 mix is supposed to have some of that stuff in it already but its not available from my local stores. I have verde in my lineup but i never use it because the earthworm castings keep them REAL green

I use this exact same amount of nutes when i do hydro also and it works GREAT

Just be careful about overnute if you try to go full strength, i have tried it on some test plants a couple times and it has ALWAYS burned them. Be espcially careful with the ginormous and big up powder, ive never used the powder but anything with tons of P and K will burn your stuff easy. Good luck, hope this helps.
