a few questions for all you veterans

Thanks PSU, after seeing what this light is capable of to just start plants I really wanna get this grow box set up completed so I can use it all the time. Love this light so far
 
I have another question if anybody is awake and wants to help. All my strains are photo except 1. And that 1 is a semi auto grapefruit. It is visibly bigger than the rest so my question is should it go outside now or just wait to put it out with the rest? They are in solo cups and I don't wanna get them root bound but they are looking beautiful under the led lol
