Well, i think if i planted outside that not only do i run the legal risk, but also the fact that its so late in the season i will lose it to frost before i get flower maybe if i cut it early that would work but i still stand by my grow.I'm just curious on what will be the purpose of this " experiment " , what will be purpose of knowing that it will die or stay stunted. A better experiment would been to grow it in a pot outside. It would not thrive that well enough for someone to see it anyways.
You could have kept that baseline if just yard dirt , but let the sun do its thing. From there you could deduce that it was the poor soil conditions. Using sad lighting PLUS the soil indoors will give you nothing to reason with. You applied to many negative factors right from the start.
10 seeds is a waste of some possible smoke. That's the the scientific proof I see .
To each their own , but you could use 1 seed in a 1 gallon container and shelve it on a window sill , using no electricity. Just sayin. I'll be looking to see what happens.
Sounds like a plan. Although i may need a smaller pot. Ill take one of my seedlings from outside and put it in a diffrent pot (they are in peatmoss cups now) and sit it on a window sill.

This is two cfl bulbs. Not incandescent. I was using a sylvania spot gro (an incandescent advertised as a grow lamp) alond with cfl.

Oh brother dont stress, you know how mnay folks here ive wound up and let go like a kids toy? ALOT i tell ya! you got folks who dont like ya/enemies?, good that means you stood up for something once in your life. I realized very quickly here that theres55% folks who come to rollitup to straight look for people to fuck with, no help, just drama.
